High Chromium Cast Iron Rolls

The centrifugal composite high chromium cast iron roll is a high alloy roll. The matrix structure of its working layer is martensite +troostite/sorbite, and the carbides are mainly plate like and chrysanthemum-like Cr7C3 eutectic carbides. The core is made of high-strength ductile iron. High chromium cast iron roll rings can also be produced by centrifugal casting or normal casting. It is suitable for the finishing roll of the hot strip mill, an intermediate and finishing roll of the bar, and a roll ring of the universal mill.
